Digital Product Refund Policy

Since all our products are digital license keys delivered electronically, we do not offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • The license key has already been delivered and viewed
  • The product key has been successfully activated
  • You changed your mind after purchase
  • Incompatibility with your system or software version (e.g., trying to activate a Windows key on an unsupported edition)

When Are Refunds Accepted?

We will gladly issue a refund or replacement only in the following cases:

  1. Non-Working Key
    • If the key is invalid or does not activate, and you’ve followed all instructions properly
    • Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Duplicate Purchase
    • If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, and the second key is unused
  3. Incorrect Product Sent
    • If we send you the wrong edition or product compared to what you ordered
